Bern – Lüderenalp 49km / 1,410m

From Bern the Napf-Bike-Route passes through the view hills of Mänziwilegg and Moosegg with its splendid view across the sedate Emmental Hills and the Bernese Alps. From tranquil Langnau, the heart of the Emmental, the route passes past beautiful Eggen into the heights: One of the most beautiful picnic spots in the Emmental is the Lüderenalp. From the Aussichtsberg, you can enjoy an extraordinarily beautiful panoramic view towards the Bernese Alps and the Jura.

Lüderenalp – Willisau 53km / 1,150m

Cycle along on the Emmental hill ridges with its superb views and through deep pits up to Stächelegg at Napf. The excursion over the steep alpine road right to the top is worthwhile; the overwhelming panorama ranges from the Jura, across the Lucerne Hinterland and up to the majestic Alpine Ridge. Over the northern edge of the Napf, this stage runs downwards into the historic town of Willisau in the Lucerne Hinterland.

Willisau – Lucerne 38km / 900m

In the Willisau region, the hills gradually become smaller, the trenches milder, and the terrain gradually flatter. Past dozens of little farms and hamlets, the stretch passes through the Rottal towards Lucerne, where it finally comes to an impressive end on the banks of Lake Lucerne.
